Ra'anana Group Mentor
Responsibilities

Run weekly group sessions for 8-10 kids between elementary and middle school. The groups will cover various social and emotional learning skills.

Meet weekly on a one-to-one basis with two of the members of the group such that over the course of a month all participants will receive a one-on-one session.

Prepare weekly for the group sessions by going over the Kav L’Noar booklet and organizing any equipment/materials needed for the sessions.

Participate in monthly Kav L’Noar group supervision calls and report to Kav L’Noar supervisors on the groups progress and any issues that arise.

Meet consistently with parents to provide general progress and program overview.

Be comfortable providing parents with details in the event that there is any important information that they should be aware of.

Report monthly hours and group summary.

Manage the process of questionnaires being filled out at the beginning and end of the group process.
